Selecting an attorney is an important responsibility. For the first time, the Internet provides prospective consumers of legal services the real ability to search for and obtain information about a prospective attorney. Selecting an attorney requires you to make an informed decision. The State Bar of California publishes a pamphlet that provides some useful information in this regard: [http://www.calbar.org/2con/2conpamp.htm].

In THE NORTON LAW GROUP's litigation practice, we represent plaintiffs in personal injury cases always on a contingency fee basis. This means that you do not pay our firm any legal fees unless we are successful in securing a recovery in your case. In some matters we may agree to pay all costs necessary to prosecute your case.

We only accept those cases which we believe are not frivolous and are meaningful to both our clients and our firm. If we are unable to assist you, we may be able to refer you to other quality legal representation. In order to determine whether you have a case that we can accept, we need certain information about you which can be input in the spaces provided below for that purpose.

Please provide a brief background about you. If you are not the individual who is seeking legal representation, but are making the inquiry on behalf of a family member or friend, please provide the following information about the person (claimant) for whom your are requesting our assistance. First and last names of the claimants, their age, occupation, current employer, and highest level of education attained:

What help do you require? Please provide us with a short narrative summary (no more than one paragraph) describing, in general, the type of assistance you require. For example, state the date when the injury occurred or when it was that the claimant had been damaged. If this is a claim of fraud, please provide the date when claimant became aware of the fact a that fraud actually occurred:

Please provide the full address of the individuals and/or businesses you believe are accountable for the injuries or damages to the claimant:

Please briefly describe damages or injuries suffered by the claimant:

Has the claimant consulted any attorney previously to this inquiry?
Yes  No

Has the claimant filed a lawsuit or made any written claim against the wrongdoer involving this matter?
Yes  No

IMPORTANT - Please provide us with claimant's e-mail address so that we may promptly correspond with the claimant:

PLEASE NOTE: There is no attorney-client relationship formed unless and until you (claimant) agree to hire THE NORTON LAW GROUP, and we agree to represent you (claimant), IN WRITING which is signed by both parties.
